Machine Learning Engineer
An innovative organisation in the global professional services space is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer. The successful candidate will join a forward-thinking team focused on moving AI from experimentation into secure, scalable products that deliver real business value across the enterprise.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing, deploying, and optimising machine learning models and LLM-powered applications.
- Developing agentic AI workflows within Microsoft Azure environments.
- Collaborating with platform engineers and data scientists to move AI solutions into production.
- Managing the full AI lifecycle, including monitoring, optimisation, and governance.
- Influencing how modern AI technologies are adopted and integrated across the wider business.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience deploying LLMs and machine learning models into Azure enterprise environments.
- Technical proficiency with Azure Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, and Python.
- Experience building production AI applications using LangChain and LangGraph.
- Strong understanding of MLOps and LLMOps, including deployment and lifecycle management.
- Expertise in RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and tool-calling patterns.
