Software Engineer
An innovative organisation in the electric products space is looking for a Software Engineer. The successful candidate will help deliver robust, high-quality software for existing and future systems, participating in the full product lifecycle from early prototype development through to production.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop high-quality software that is efficient, maintainable, and scalable for internal systems.
- Work collaboratively with hardware engineers to support board bring-up, debugging, and system validation.
- Design, implement, test, and support software for internally developed electric platforms.
- Investigate and resolve complex real-time challenges related to timing, performance, and signal integrity.
- Play an active role in shaping software architecture, coding standards, and future platform direction.

What We're Looking For
- Strong programming skills in C and C++.
- Hands-on experience with communication protocols such as BLE, CAN, I2C, UART, or SPI.
- Comfortable using version control systems, particularly Git.
- Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle, from requirements through to testing.
- Legally authorized to work in the UK.
