Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a relevant degree in engineering, energy management, or a related field. Professional certifications such as HVAC, electrical, or mechanical licenses are highly desirable. Proven experience in managing CHP systems, renewable energy projects, or similar energy infrastructure is essential. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with industry standards and regulations are required. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are also critical. A demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of CHP systems and associated energy solutions. Your duties will include:

  • Collaborating with clients to understand their energy needs and develop tailored solutions that align with their operational goals
  • Monitoring system performance through data analysis
  • Generating detailed reports

  • Participating in training sessions
  • Providing technical support to clients and colleagues as needed
