Job Opportunity: Software Engineer -.NET
Synchro is working closely with a longstanding customer to hire an experienced Software Engineer to join a growing development team delivering modern, business-critical applications used by thousands of users across the UK.
About the Role
Working in an Agile environment, you'll help build and enhance cloud-based solutions using a modern Microsoft tech stack, with exciting projects spanning microservices, responsive web applications, Azure, and AI-powered technologies.

Responsibilities
This role is not just about coding, and we are looking for Engineers or Developers with exposure to working with other IT functions and technical teams as well as stakeholders. Prior experience of project work or delivery is required here as well as experience gained with AI tools and platforms.

Location
This role will be based in Leicester.
Required Experience
- Commercial experience with C#/.NET
- Full-stack development experience
- Azure or other cloud technologies
- Project based working exposure
- AI adoption and experience
- Automated testing experience
- Agile (Scrum/Kanban) experience
- A passion for modern software engineering and emerging technologies, including AI
Role Summary
- Role: Software Engineer -.NET
- Location: Onsite in Leicester
- Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience, plus benefits
