Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertising, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and alignment with client requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client databases.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance sourcing strategies.
  • Assist in the development of recruitment campaigns and marketing initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
