Software Engineer – Backend, Frontend & Full Stack
A rare opportunity to join the Software Engineering team at a pioneering deep tech company building the foundational software and AI that powers the autonomous age. The platform acts as the operating layer that lets organisations task, control, and act on data from fleets of autonomous assets. Well funded and building for the long term, they are assembling an elite team at a pivotal stage, with real ownership and a flat hierarchy from day one.
The Roles
- Backend Software Engineers build the infrastructure that lets autonomous systems collaborate, process data at scale, and take meaningful action in real time.
- Frontend Software Engineers build high performance, data dense visualisation interfaces in React and WebGL, turning complex real time data into something operators can task and control under pressure.
- Full Stack Software Engineers work across both layers depending on where impact is needed most.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
