Software Developer | Front End & Back End | Healthcare Technology | Cloud & Automation
Want to build software that genuinely makes a difference? We’re partnering with a leading healthcare technology company looking for talented Front End and Back End Software Developers to join an international engineering team building technology used to support healthcare professionals and patients around the world.
📍 Mansfield
🏢 Hybrid working – 3 days per week in the office
This isn’t a role where you’ll spend your days sitting in meetings. You’ll be part of a highly collaborative, self-organizing development team where you’ll have real ownership, solve challenging technical problems and spend plenty of time actually building software.
What you’ll be working on
You’ll contribute to both established products and the development of new features, while helping the business continue its journey towards cloud, automation and modern software architecture.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Solve complex, technically interesting engineering problems
- Work with modern cloud and automation technologies
- Build and enhance software used within healthcare environments
- Collaborate with engineering teams across the UK and Sweden
- Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand real-world challenges
- Explore and implement your own ideas and improvements
- Continuously develop your technical skills alongside highly experienced engineers

What are we looking for?
We’re hiring across both Front End and Back End development, so we’re keen to speak with software engineers from either background.
More than anything, we’re looking for someone who genuinely loves software development, enjoys solving difficult problems and wants to keep learning.
You’ll ideally have:
- 3+ years of university education within Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related technical discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent English communication skills
- A passion for software engineering and emerging technology
- The ability to work collaboratively within an agile development environment
- An interest in understanding customers and solving real-world problems
