About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Recruitment Consultant. In this position, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and delivering exceptional service that aligns with our company's standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a consultancy or agency setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive approach, high level of professionalism, and passion for delivering results.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry contacts to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural fit.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive team environment.
