If you’re a Java engineer who loves building real products, shaping features end-to-end, and working in a team that actually enjoys what they do, this one will feel like a breath of fresh air. This is full-cycle engineering in a high-quality environment — no endless maintenance, no faceless ticket factories, no corporate sludge. The Group operates from more than 60 offices in 27 countries. At 5,200 people strong, they work as one to achieve their vision of being the world's most trusted, innovative technology companies.

Why This Role:

  • Modern Java stack — Java, Spring Boot, microservices
  • Hands-on product ownership — you’ll design, build, ship, and iterate
  • Collaborative engineering culture — smart teammates, low ego, high standards
  • Hybrid rhythm — a few days in the Belfast office each week to keep the energy high
  • Real impact — your work directly shapes the product, not a tiny corner of it

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
