Senior C# WPF UI Developer | Front Office Rates eTrading | Tier 1 Investment Bank | VP | London | £120k-140k + Bonus

A Tier 1 global investment bank is hiring a hands-on Senior C# WPF UI Developer to lead the front office UI team on their in-house Rates electronic trading platform. This is a VP-level, permanent role based in London.

What You Need

  • Expert, primary, hands-on C# and WPF experience with dispatcher, dependency properties, virtualization, high-frequency data binding under load
  • Production experience building complex low-latency trader desktop UIs: pricing screens, RFQ, ticketing, negotiation flows. Basic blotter experience is not sufficient
  • Strong multi-threading, performance profiling, and GC tuning in.NET
  • Familiarity with messaging middleware such as AMPS, Solace, or Tibco
  • Fixed income or rates eTrading domain knowledge preferred. Strong candidates from other derivatives backgrounds considered
