About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer specializing in AI and Business Solutions to join our client’s innovative technology team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of software development, automation, and artificial intelligence, contributing directly to solving complex business challenges. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying scalable software solutions while engaging with stakeholders from various business functions such as finance and operations. The position provides flexibility for remote or hybrid work arrangements, with occasional travel to UK offices for collaborative workshops and strategic sessions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of professional software engineering experience
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C++
- Experience in building and deploying production-grade software
- Practical knowledge of AI tools and technologies
- Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work independently with a high degree of ownership
- Travel readiness to UK offices

Responsibilities
Software Engineering & Delivery (60%)
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions, integrations, and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Build systems focused on improving accuracy, user experience, and overall productivity.
- Leverage AI technologies and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate project delivery and innovation.
- Manage projects through all phases of the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Contribute to the establishment of engineering standards, best practices, and tooling to promote consistency and excellence across teams.
Business Engagement & Consulting (40%)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand existing challenges and identify opportunities for technological improvements.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements gathering to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze current processes and recommend improvements through automation, AI, and software solutions.
- Translate complex business needs into scalable, practical technical solutions that deliver measurable impact.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, continuously measuring and communicating the value delivered by solutions.
