The Role
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex desktop applications
- Mentor and guide a team of talented software engineers, fostering a collaborative environment
- Drive technical excellence and best practices within the development team
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure the scalability and performance of applications
- Oversee code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

What You'll Need
- Proven experience in C# desktop application development
- Strong expertise in.NET technologies
- Experience with complex, scalable systems
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding junior developers
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
