C++ SOFTWARE ENGINEER – BRISTOL – 12 MONTHS+

My client, based in Bristol, are currently searching for an experienced contract C++ Software Engineer to work on development of their toolchain to be used in the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and programming of new features
  • Debugging and optimization of code
  • Daily stand-ups to track progress and ensure timeframes are met
  • Independent working and problem solving

Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of C++
  • Experience working on Linux OS
  • Good knowledge of Python for unit-testing
  • Any experience with embedded systems or firmware is a bonus
  • Ideally some experience working on compilers/LLVM
  • Must be able to work 2 days per week on-site in Bristol
