C++ SOFTWARE ENGINEER – BRISTOL – 12 MONTHS+
My client, based in Bristol, are currently searching for an experienced contract C++ Software Engineer to work on development of their toolchain to be used in the semiconductor industry.
Responsibilities:
- Design and programming of new features
- Debugging and optimization of code
- Daily stand-ups to track progress and ensure timeframes are met
- Independent working and problem solving

Experience:
- Strong knowledge of C++
- Experience working on Linux OS
- Good knowledge of Python for unit-testing
- Any experience with embedded systems or firmware is a bonus
- Ideally some experience working on compilers/LLVM
- Must be able to work 2 days per week on-site in Bristol
