Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a combination of education, experience, and skills, including:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the energy sector or a related industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies

Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the development and execution of strategic projects aligned with BP Energy’s goals
- Conducting detailed data analysis to inform decision-making processes
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
- Monitoring industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to recommend improvements
- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards across all activities
- Preparing detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting in the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives and renewable energy projects
- Providing support for risk management and mitigation strategies
