We're hiring for a rapidly growing, PE-backed technology company specializing in AI solutions for private equity firms.
This is an exciting opportunity to join at a foundational stage and shape the future of their engineering efforts.
The Role
- Design, build, and maintain robust production AI systems from inception to deployment.
- Take ownership of critical software components and infrastructure.
- Collaborate on defining the technology stack and engineering best practices.
- Work with Python, Django, HTMX, TypeScript, and Postgres.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the company's technical offerings.

What You'll Need
- A minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience in production environments.
- Proven ability to build and scale complex systems.
- Strong proficiency in backend development, particularly with Python.
- Experience with modern frontend technologies is a plus.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity.
