Software Engineer
Up to £60k + Bonus

Are you a Software Engineer looking for genuine ownership and the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing business? Maxwell Bond are partnered with a growing organisation in the financial services sector looking to bring development capability in-house and strengthen its technology function.
This is a hands-on opportunity to take ownership of key systems, contribute to a wider technology transformation and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Take ownership of a business-critical.NET platform, designing, building and supporting core systems.
- Help drive the migration and consolidation of existing systems into a secure, modern Azure environment.
- Work closely with stakeholders and development partners to deliver new functionality while improving code quality, architecture and development practices.
What we're looking for:
- Strong backend experience in.NET & C# (Frontend exposure is advantageous but not essential).
- Proven experience across SQL databases and Azure environments.
- Someone who takes ownership, communicates well with non-technical stakeholders and is comfortable working across both technical and business areas.
