Role: Software Engineer Advisor - C-CURE
Start: Sept/30/2026 - Jan/31/2027
Pay Day Rate: £540.25 (Includes Holiday Pay)
Location: London | Hybrid (3 days on Site)
Our client is seeking a Software Engineer Advisor to join their Consulting team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advise organisations on improving software engineering operations to increase productivity and establish innovative software engineering practices.
- Coach organisations in the design of new software solutions and the modernisation and integration of existing technology systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and advisory support across software engineering initiatives.
- Be responsible for team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Engage with multiple teams to deliver solutions to challenges that span organisational boundaries.
- Provide advanced guidance on software engineering best practices and influence the adoption of innovative solutions across teams.
- Shape strategic approaches to software modernisation and integration, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Engage with stakeholders to elevate quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to resolve complex challenges and optimise engineering workflows.
- Champion the development of scalable and maintainable software architectures that support long-term business value.

- Deep knowledge and experience in software engineering.
- Strong influencing and advisory skills.
- Experience designing new software solutions.
- Experience modernising and integrating existing technology systems.
- Ability to work across multiple teams and contribute to organisation-wide initiatives.
- Experience supporting software engineering best practices, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of scalable and maintainable software architecture principles.
