We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer Advisor (CCURE 9000) to join a high-profile security transformation programme. The Role

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders to drive innovation, improve operational effectiveness, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead SME for CCURE 9000 across multiple workstreams and project teams.
  • Provide expert guidance on software engineering standards, architecture, and best practices.
  • Lead the design, modernization, and integration of enterprise security and access control solutions.
  • Advise stakeholders on technical roadmaps, platform capabilities, and future-state architecture.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Support system integrations between CCURE 9000 and wider enterprise applications.
  • Review existing solutions and recommend improvements to performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Influence technical decision-making and engineering governance across the programme.
  • Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and regulatory standards within a highly regulated environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
