Cisco ThousandEyes is a Digital Experience Assurance platform that empowers organizations to deliver flawless digital experiences across every network—even those they don’t own. Powered by AI and an unmatched set of cloud, internet, and enterprise network telemetry, ThousandEyes enables IT teams to proactively detect, diagnose, and remediate issues before they affect end-user experiences.

ThousandEyes is deeply integrated across the Cisco technology portfolio and beyond, delivering AI-powered assurance insights within Cisco’s Networking, Security, Collaboration, and Observability products.

Our team develops internal AI-powered tools that help software engineers work more effectively across the development lifecycle. We build agentic workflows, reusable skills, integrations, and supporting platforms that make it easier for developers to understand complex codebases, implement changes, improve quality, and automate repetitive engineering tasks.

We are a collaborative, product-minded engineering team working at the intersection of software development, developer experience, and applied AI. You will have the opportunity to experiment with emerging technologies, learn from real-world usage, and turn promising ideas into reliable tools used by engineering teams across the organization.

  • Improve engineering processes, documentation, and operational practices across the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
