About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our AI Reliability Engineering (AIRE) team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the robustness and resilience of Claude, our flagship AI model, and related systems. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and enhance the reliability of our AI serving infrastructure, which spans across multiple regions and cloud providers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor systems that support high availability and low latency for our large language models. As a Reliability Engineer, you will lead incident response efforts, develop service level objectives, and support the safety-critical aspects of model deployment. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of infrastructure, AI systems, and reliability, providing broad exposure to complex distributed systems and cutting-edge AI deployment challenges.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
