In this critical role, you will be instrumental in building and operating the foundational systems that guarantee the health and stability of a large-scale user-generated content application in production. You will collaborate closely with runtime and operations teams, focusing on transforming manual processes into automated workflows, ensuring cloud rendering and deployment pipelines are robust, and maintaining CI/CD functionality amidst evolving dependencies. Your contributions will directly enhance reliability, accelerate development cycles, and significantly reduce operational overhead.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain advanced automation solutions to ensure the continuous health of a large-scale application in production, covering release pipelines, build integrity, crash triage, and incident detection.
- Enhance and operate an AI-assisted code repair system that autonomously identifies, fixes, and lands code changes.
- Develop sophisticated tooling to automatically detect broken builds, pinpoint root-cause changes, and propose or execute necessary fixes.
- Proactively monitor production quality metrics, responding swiftly to regressions and outages to maintain high service standards.
- Champion the reduction of manual on-call burden through innovative automation, targeting an 80–90% decrease in recurring operational work.
- Execute essential infrastructure migrations, ensuring CI/CD pipelines remain fully functional as upstream dependencies are updated or retired.
What You’ll Bring
- Solid professional software engineering experience, or equivalent.
- Proven expertise in building and operating CI/CD, build, release, and cloud deployment pipelines at scale.
- Extensive experience operating cloud services and server-side fleets in production, with a strong focus on reliability, capacity management, and latency optimization.
- Hands-on experience building or operating AI-assisted developer tooling or agents for code generation or repair.
- Demonstrated experience in developing tooling that detects broken builds and accurately traces failures to their root-cause changes.
- Proficiency in production monitoring, crash triage, and incident response for large-scale, multi-surface applications.
- A strong track record of successfully reducing operational and on-call load through automation.
- Experience in completing complex infrastructure or dependency migrations without disrupting downstream CI/CD processes.

- Experience with cloud game or application streaming, or remote rendering technologies.
- Familiarity with asset delivery or CDN pipelines at scale.
- Experience with capacity, latency, or session-orchestration monitoring for streamed workloads.
- Experience operating live-service or large-scale production applications (Live Ops).
- Familiarity with large monorepo build systems and dependency management.
- Experience designing self-healing or auto-remediation systems.
