Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Automation Developer to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere 360 and Python programming, with a passion for developing intelligent automation solutions that improve business efficiency and reduce manual effort. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining RPA solutions while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Automation Anywhere 360.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Develop and maintain reusable automation components and bot frameworks.
- Utilize Python scripting to enhance RPA capabilities, perform data processing, and integrate with external systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve automation-related issues.
- Participate in bot testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and operational procedures.
- Follow RPA development standards, best practices, and governance guidelines.
