This full-time Software Engineer position is based in London and focuses on developing high-performance backend services for trading and settlement platforms.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services that support digital asset trading and settlement.
- Improve system performance, scalability, and security across backend infrastructure.
- Work closely with product and client-facing teams to build solutions supporting the complete trade lifecycle.
- Contribute to an engineering culture focused on innovation, transparency, and continuous learning.
- Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience using Go, Java, C++, C#, or Python.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience developing and maintaining complex backend systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
- Interest in financial technology; experience in cryptocurrency or traditional financial markets is beneficial but not required.
- Must be local to the London headquarters.
