Job Title
A Software Engineer with object-oriented software design experience will develop software for the latest radar, security, and surveillance systems. You’ll bring a Software Engineering related degree, C++ development skills, and Object-Oriented Software Design. Hybrid working.
About the Role
Of particular interest is experience in the development of security / defence command and control software and using GIS (Geographic Information System) data, though not essential.
The successful Software Engineer will design and develop software across the company’s radar systems, including external radar control systems and interfaces as well as bringing the ability to improve the software capabilities and enhance the user experience.

Requirements
- Technical Degree with software bias
- Modern C++ development skills (C++ 11/14/17/20) and scripting
- Experience with Object Oriented Software Design
- Strong Mathematical and statistical skills
- Understanding of real-time software design & development beneficial
- Experience with Embedded Linux and embedded software development a plus
- Experience of effective UI design
