We're collaborating with a dynamic technology consultancy that partners with public sector organizations to deliver impactful digital transformation projects.
The Role
- Develop and maintain Java backend applications with a focus on microservices architecture
- Contribute to central government transformation projects, ideally with GDS experience
- Utilise Spring framework (Spring Boot) for web application development
- Work with AWS and/or Kubernetes for cloud deployments
- Embrace a CI/CD mindset and agile methodologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders, taking a consultative approach to problem-solving

What You'll Need
- Proven experience in Java backend development
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture
- Proficiency with Spring framework, particularly Spring Boot
- Experience with AWS and/or Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and agile development
- Active SC clearance is a mandatory prerequisite
