Role Overview
They are looking to hire software engineers with experience in backend or full stack development, coupled with demonstrable experience of AI-native workflow (you use agents actively, can explain where they save you time, and how you verify their output rather than trust it on sight).

Experience Of Interest
- AI-native development
- Experience in building backend services, developer tools, or infrastructure products, using Python, or Go
- Javascript, Typescript experience
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, IaC, and cloud experience (AWS or GCP preferred)
- Open-source contributions or relevant (and demonstrable) personal projects
