About The Role

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in energy, environmental science, economics, law, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in energy markets, contract management, or regulatory compliance, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of UK energy policy, renewable energy incentives, and market mechanisms such as Contracts for Difference.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and data analysis platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the administration of Contracts for Difference (CfD) schemes, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, government agencies, and renewable energy developers to facilitate smooth project delivery and contract execution.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, policy updates, and regulatory changes impacting renewable energy projects and contracts.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to optimize contract performance and mitigate risks.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the negotiation and review of contractual agreements, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Participate in stakeholder engagement activities, including consultations, workshops, and industry forums.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within internal systems and databases.
