Role: Software Engineer (C#/.NET)

Salary: Up to £150k Base + Industry Leading Bonus

Location: London

Working Style: Hybrid


A leading FinTech firm in London is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join its growing technology team. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-performance trading environment where technology is central to the firm’s success across multiple asset classes.

The Role

They’ll find the best team to suit your skillset/interests but you could be working on:

  • Building modern, scalable applications using C# and .NET to support business-critical trading and operational platforms.
  • Designing and developing robust backend services, APIs and microservices using C#/.NET.
  • Building real-time trading systems, analytics platforms and data-driven applications used by traders, quantitative researchers and engineering teams.
  • Working with databases and distributed systems to develop reliable, high-performance technology solutions.
  • Taking ownership of features from concept through to deployment, working in a collaborative, fast-paced engineering environment.

Requirements

  • 1–6+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong experience with C# and/or.NET
  • Experience building backend services, APIs or distributed applications
  • Strong problem-solving and software engineering fundamentals
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or similar) is preferred
