We are looking for an EC&I / Automation Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This role would suit a graduate, postgraduate, or early-career engineer looking to develop their skills in industrial automation, electrical design, and control systems. You will work alongside experienced mechanical, electrical, and project engineers, supporting the development of bespoke equipment from initial design through to testing and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- PLC programming and automation development (Rockwell / Siemens)
- HMI configuration and development
- Electrical design and control panel support
- Producing electrical drawings and technical documentation
- Testing, commissioning, and fault finding
- Supporting customer projects and internal engineering improvements
- Working with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver bespoke solutions
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Degree/HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Automation, or a related discipline
- Interest in industrial automation and control systems
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn

Desirable
- PLC programming experience (Rockwell, Siemens, or similar)
- Electrical design experience
- Knowledge of industrial control systems and instrumentation
- Experience with commissioning or fault finding
