Job Description
Join Recourse AI Ltd as a Full-Stack Engineer to build and scale platform features using React, TypeScript, and Python. You will own the development lifecycle from technical design to deployment, creating real-time voice AI and digital human interfaces that help clinicians worldwide master complex medical scenarios and deliver safer patient care.

What You Will Do
- Build and ship production-ready, end-to-end features across the React/TypeScript frontend and Python/Django backend to drive core product value.
- Design and architect new services and platform capabilities, including integrations with real-time voice AI systems and digital human avatar technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product, design, and sales to translate customer feedback into robust, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.

The ideal candidate
- Possesses 3+ years of professional experience shipping production applications, with strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Python or similar web frameworks.
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including system design and API implementation, with a focus on reliability and performance.
- Shows strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders while applying best practices for AI-assisted development.
