We don't just build software; we build the engine that holiday parks and resorts across Europe rely on every single day. Our platform is growing in terms of users, data, and functionality.

As a Software Engineer, you are responsible for making sure our systems remain scalable, performant, and reliable. You aren’t just a coder here; you are a builder who takes ownership of key parts of the application and helps us make the right technical choices for the long term.

About ParcVu, Powered By Booking Experts (BEX)

At BEX, we're transforming the way hospitality businesses operate. Our software platform helps holiday parks, campsites, hotels and accommodation providers manage reservations, automate processes and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We work with hospitality businesses across Europe. Our mission is simple: to help hospitality entrepreneurs spend less time on administration and more time focusing on their guests.

As part of our team, you'll join a fast-growing SaaS company where innovation, ownership and customer success are at the heart of everything we do.

About The Role

You will join a product-oriented engineering team where we value results over process. Working full-stack with Ruby on Rails, you’ll build new features that have a direct impact on thousands of users.

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and fellow engineers to translate complex requirements into clean, modular solutions. Whether it's optimizing data flows, maintaining external integrations, or rethinking parts of our architecture to handle future growth, you have the space to take initiative and see your ideas go into production.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
