Help build the platform that powers Ecosurety’s future
About Ecosurety
Ecosurety exists to rid the world of unnecessary packaging.
We believe in a future where every brand has the data and market insights to make smart, sustainable packaging decisions. To make that vision a reality, we enable the world’s leading brands to make smart and sustainable packaging decisions through our intelligence platform and deep regulatory expertise.
We’re at an exciting stage of growth, expanding our capabilities, investing in technology and developing new ways to support our customers in a rapidly changing world. That means there has never been a better time to join Ecosurety and play a role in shaping what comes next.
With around 100 colleagues and ambitious plans for the future, we’re building a business where talented people can do meaningful work, challenge convention and create real-world impact.
The Opportunity
Help build the platform that powers Ecosurety’s future
We’re building The Hub, a greenfield platform that will become the foundation for the next generation of customer-facing products and services at Ecosurety.
Bringing together data, insights, regulatory expertise and intelligent automation, The Hub will help organisations make smarter, more sustainable packaging decisions. It will underpin future products, services and customer experiences, creating a strategic ecosystem rather than a single application.
As a Software Engineer, you’ll join at the beginning of that journey.
This isn’t a role maintaining legacy systems or delivering incremental updates to an established product. It’s an opportunity to help shape a modern technology platform from the ground up, influencing architecture, engineering standards, tooling and development practices from day one.
You’ll work across modern cloud-native architecture, platform engineering and AI-enhanced workflows, creating scalable services, intuitive user experiences and robust technical foundations that support Ecosurety’s long-term growth.
If you’re excited by ownership, solving meaningful problems and building products that genuinely matter, we’d love to hear from you.
Why Join Now?
Technology is becoming increasingly central to how Ecosurety supports customers and delivers value.
As customer needs evolve and regulatory complexity continues to increase, we’re investing heavily in our product and technology capabilities. The Hub represents one of the most significant technology initiatives in our history and will play a vital role in shaping the future of the business.
You’ll join at a stage where there is genuine opportunity to influence decisions, challenge thinking and help define how the platform evolves.
You won’t be joining a mature product with all the big decisions already made.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
