The Role
- Develop and enhance core trading systems using object-oriented languages
- Collaborate directly with traders to implement new ideas and features
- Focus on ultra-low latency and high-performance code development
- Maintain scalability of in-house developed trading applications
- Contribute to improving trading algorithms and systems
- Continuously seek new techniques to optimise system performance

What You'll Need
- Excellent object-oriented programming knowledge (C++, Java, or C#)
- Degree in Computer Science or a numerate subject is preferred
- Strong desire and ability to learn about financial markets
- Commercial awareness with a focus on business context
- Team-oriented attitude with a natural inclination to share and collaborate
