At Aries Global

At Aries Global, we build one of the world's truly exceptional AI-native software groups. We partner with founders who have built great products and help them unlock their next chapter through our software, centralised GTM engine, FDE, and world-class execution capabilities.

We bring together exceptional operators, product builders, and leaders - people who insist on the highest standards and excel in a culture of fast pace, focused execution, and deep ownership. In return, you'll experience extraordinary growth, meaningful impact from day one, and a career trajectory far steeper than you thought possible.

The Role

You will build production systems that matter. Not side projects. Core product that drives growth across the group.

  • Ship MVP to production, get feedback, iterate. Some of the users sit in the same office.

We're hiring at all levels: from interns to seasoned technical leaders. What matters is how you think, build, and ship.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • You'll take end-to-end ownership of features from architecture design to measurable impact - shipping code that directly moves revenue.
  • You'll evolve systems into scalable AI-native platforms, and make trade-offs between velocity and durability.

If you're backend-leaning:

  • You'll use Rails, Python, and TypeScript to build a high-performance platform.

If you're frontend-leaning:

  • You'll use React and TypeScript to build smooth user experiences.

Either way, you'll shape what gets built, not just how.

What We're Looking For

  • You've built and shipped real systems. You understand data modelling, API design, system trade-offs, testing, and reliability. You know how to move fast without creating chaos. You're strong in at least one modern stack.
  • You think fast and communicate clearly. You form mental models quickly, break down ambiguous problems, prioritise high-leverage work, and explain your reasoning concisely. You may come from a startup, a top-tier engineering team, or an analytically rigorous environment.
  • You own the outcome. You don't wait to be told what to do. You don't hide behind ambiguity. You care about the result - and you act on it.
  • You're AI-native. You're actively exploring LLM workflows, AI tooling, automation, or developer productivity improvements. You see AI as a force multiplier.
