You will contribute to the design and development of scalable software systems, working across the full software development lifecycle. The role offers exposure to complex technical challenges, modern engineering practices and the opportunity to work alongside a team of exceptional software engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain high-quality software solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver practical technical solutions.
  • Contribute across architecture, development, testing and deployment.
  • Solve complex engineering challenges through innovative thinking and strong technical judgement.
  • Collaborate within a highly skilled and supportive engineering team.
  • Continuously explore emerging technologies and best practices.

We're interested in speaking with engineers who possess:

  • Strong programming experience in one or more of: C#, .NET, Java, Python, Rust.
  • Excellent software engineering fundamentals.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A desire to take ownership and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • An academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience within financial technology or financial services is beneficial.
