About The Role

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various industries.
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and expectations.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop accurate job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as social media, job boards, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Provide regular updates to clients and candidates regarding the progress of recruitment efforts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience.
