Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in outsourcing, project management, or client services is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant software tools such as MS Office, CRM systems, and project management platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations of outsourcing projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress against milestones.
- Identify potential risks or issues early and implement corrective actions to mitigate impact.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, client communications, and performance metrics.
- Assist in the development of process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Support the onboarding of new clients and facilitate ongoing training and support as needed.
- Participate in regular team meetings to review project status, share insights, and contribute to strategic planning.
