The Opportunity
Join a collaborative, remote-friendly team delivering bespoke software solutions for a range of high-profile organisations. In this hands-on role, you’ll be involved across the full software development lifecycle, working in multidisciplinary teams to design, build and deliver high-quality software. You’ll also have the chance to mentor colleagues, influence technical decisions and take ownership of significant pieces of work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking part in every stage of the software development lifecycle, from design through to delivery
- Designing and building maintainable, well-structured systems
- Working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software
- Mentoring colleagues and helping to raise technical standards
- Influencing technical decisions
- Owning significant pieces of work from start to finish

What We’re Looking For
- Strong commercial experience in at least one of Python, Java, C#/.NET, JavaScript or TypeScript
- A pragmatic, analytical approach to problem-solving
- Experience designing and building maintainable, well-structured systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A passion for learning new technologies and continuously developing your skills
