Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in software design and development
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in preferred technology stack
    • Java Full stack design & development
    • Java microservices
    • Spring Framework / Spring Boot
    • NoSQL, JPA, Hibernate
    • HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Angular
    • TDD/BDD
    • RESTful services
    • CI/CD tooling including Jenkins, Maven, Gradle and Docker
    • API based design and development using REST & SOAP frameworks
    • Experience in deployment and troubleshooting in K8 environment
  • Deep understanding of Software Development and Quality Assurance best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Experience operating in an Agile environment, with a deep understanding of agile development principles.

  • Hands‑on experience using AI coding assistants such as:
    • Cursor or equivalent AI‑first IDEs
  • Experience applying Generative AI for:
    • Code generation and refactoring
    • Test generation and coverage improvement
    • Documentation and API contract generation
  • Strong understanding of responsible AI usage, including code correctness, security, data privacy, and licensing considerations.
  • Ability to critically review and validate AI‑generated code outputs.
