  • Write and optimize SQL queries and data models to support reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making across credit risk platforms
  • Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools within the work environment to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity (e.g., code generation/refactoring, unit test creation, documentation), while validating outputs through peer review, automated testing, and secure coding standards
  • Apply knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automation
  • Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring design constraints are met throughout the software development process
  • Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data, using insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene, system architecture, and application reliability
  • Collaborate with product, architecture, and business teams to gather requirements, synthesize findings, and deliver solutions that address real credit risk challenges
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by participating in code reviews, sharing reusable patterns, and supporting team members in adopting best practices

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
