About The Role
As a Front-End Engineer within J.P. Morgan’s International Consumer Bank, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital banking experience for millions of customers. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering team building the bank of the future from scratch, utilizing a start-up mentality within a global financial institution. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end innovative solutions through cloud-native microservices architecture, leveraging the latest technologies and industry best practices. Your involvement will span the entire software development lifecycle, from design and architecture to implementation and testing.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess formal training or certification in JavaScript concepts, coupled with proven applied experience. Proficiency in writing clean, testable JavaScript code and deep expertise in the React framework are essential. Familiarity with unit testing, REST APIs, and GraphQL is required to ensure robust application development. Candidates should be comfortable working in agile environments, often with geographically distributed teams, and demonstrate excellent communication skills in English.
