Finalto’s core offering is built around a cutting-edge proprietary and real-time trading platform, ClearVision. ClearVision R&D, located in Copenhagen, is Finalto’s development hub and is responsible for the continued development and maintenance of the platform. Here, we build and support the systems that ensure trades are processed, reconciled, and reported accurately. You will work on systems where correctness and reliability are critical, and where small details can have real financial impact.

The Team
ClearVision R&D is a dedicated engineering team working on the ClearVision trading platform, providing real-time pricing, risk management and order execution with sub-millisecond latency.
The demands for precision and performance in our systems are high, and we maintain full control of our technology stack.
We work in an agile environment within a fast-paced industry. Our work environment is characterised by openness, commitment, delegated responsibility, and strong teamwork.
You will be working closely with our other engineering teams within ClearVision R&D, as well as our B2B business units in London, Singapore, Australia, Dubai, and the US.
The Role
As a member of the Integration team, you will be involved in the entire software development life cycle from idea through specification to development, test, and supporting the solutions as they go live.

We are a small, collaborative engineering team where developers have ownership of the systems they have built. We value clean, maintainable code, pragmatic engineering decisions, and open technical discussions.
Qualifications
- Have 3+ years of work experience with software development in C# or similar language, object-oriented programming, and design patterns
- Ideally work experience with event-driven distributed systems
- Have experience with Git, Visual Studio, and MS SQL or similar tools
- Low latency and performance focus
- A test-driven mindset
- Domain expert within the area of foreign exchange trading and CFDs or are keen to learn
- Previous work experience from the Financial or Betting industry is a plus

- As a person, you possess strong cooperation skills and good communication skills, and you have an analytical mindset.
- You are a team player who is proactive and takes responsibility, and you are service-minded towards both clients and colleagues.
