International Placement Experience
From October to 18 December, participants will undertake the program at Mastek's Centre of Excellence in India, working alongside experienced engineers, consultants, and agile coaches in a collaborative learning environment.

Qualifications
- Hold, or are expected to achieve, a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related STEM discipline
- UK National (Due to the nature of client work)
Required Skills
- Demonstrate an interest in software development and emerging technologies
- Have exposure to at least one programming language
- Are strong problem solvers with analytical thinking skills
- Enjoy working collaboratively within teams
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Are willing to travel and participate in the overseas placement element of the program
- Have the right to work in the UK upon completion of the program

Pay range and compensation package
Graduates who successfully complete the Global Immersion Program, achieve the required performance standards, and complete their capstone project may be offered a permanent Graduate Software Engineer role with Mastek (UK) Limited, subject to business requirements and right-to-work eligibility. Successful candidates interested in regulated sector projects may also have opportunities to enter a security clearance pathway for future client engagements.
