Role: Software Engineering Intern (Full Stack)
Payout: Competitive stipend
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Software Engineering Intern (Full Stack) to work on a full-time internship basis. Joblet is rewriting the rules of recruitment through AI, and this role sits at the center of that mission - building greenfield AI products from concept to working prototype, directly alongside leadership from week one. This is not a support role; you will own what you ship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build greenfield AI products end-to-end, taking features from whiteboard sketch to fully working prototype in production.
- Develop and ship across the full stack using React and Next.js on the frontend and Node.js and Express on the backend, with SQL databases underneath.
- Integrate large language models, embeddings, and vector databases into real, user-facing products with tangible business impact.
- Collaborate directly with leadership team on product decisions, architecture choices, and shipping priorities from your first week.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and iteration in a fast-moving environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
