Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and internal teams, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware components.
- Assist in the planning, deployment, and management of new IT projects and initiatives.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements to enhance efficiency and security.
- Document technical procedures, configurations, and incident reports accurately and comprehensively.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to resolve technical issues and procure necessary equipment or software.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to IT security and data protection.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to stay updated with the latest technological advancements.
