Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of [X] years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role is required. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to advise clients effectively.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to facilitate timely decision-making.
- Participate in networking events, career fairs, and industry conferences to expand the talent pool.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
