Your Impact
- Assist in the definition of the Agentic Developer Experience in Cisco Collaboration.
- Help define security posture for Collaboration.
- Engage with engineering teams to understand developer needs and improve workflows and user experience.
- Contribute to internal developer platforms and tooling.
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines using the GitHub ecosystem (e.g., Agentic Workflows).

Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering or related roles.
- Familiarity with modern development practices, including version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
- Exposure to CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions or similar).
- Experience with Developer Portal (e.g., Backstage).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native development concepts.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience with developer experience (DevEx) initiatives or platform engineering concepts.
