🔸 Software Engineer (Mid AND Senior roles) - Remote in the UK - Ruby on Rails 🔸
I am supporting my client with their search for a mid level AND a senior level Ruby on Rails Engineer in the UK 👩🏽💻

- They are a VC-backed start-up founded in 2020 and are now profitable and self-sustaining 📈
- They have built a centralised platform that helps businesses in a particular sector to simplify their supply chain so they can operate more efficiently ⚙️
- Salary: Mid level will be around £50 - 60k. Senior is up to £90k PLUS equity in the company 💷
- Remote in the UK. Monthly or quarterly trips to the central London office depending on where you're based 🏡
- Tech stack/environment includes Ruby on Rails, Hotwire, React, Next, Postgres, BigQuery, CI/CD, Heroku 🔧
- AI approach: they are using Claude code daily (70 - 80% of code is now AI generated) and so they are looking to hire someone who is AI-fluent 🤖
