Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or related roles, preferably within a technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, including ERP systems, data analysis platforms, and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in logistics and transportation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize logistics processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless operations and resolve any issues promptly.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Implement and support technology solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and visibility.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives related to logistics and supply chain management.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and related documentation in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and staff on new systems or process changes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting logistics operations.
