Software Engineer (.NET/React/AWS)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Type: Permanent
We're looking for a Consultant Software Engineer to join a digital delivery consultancy, working within complex client technology environments across a range of applications, platforms and engineering projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level engineer who enjoys working across different technology stacks, collaborating with client teams, and taking ownership of delivery from design through to production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain modern applications using C#/.NET and React.
- Build and support REST APIs, Back End services and system integrations.
- Develop and maintain SQL solutions using PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.
- Work across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements through to deployment and production support.
- Develop cloud-native solutions using AWS.
- Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Troubleshoot application, integration and infrastructure issues.

Essential Skills

- Strong commercial experience with C#/.NET.
- Experience building modern Front End applications using React.
- Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with AWS.
- Practical experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience developing REST APIs and system integrations.
- Good understanding of Git, CI/CD, automated testing and modern engineering practices.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to own technical deliverables through to completion.
